We have a solution to fit your need – Wing Express, Wing Time Specific, Wing Expedited and Wing Air – or a customized solution created for you.

Wing Express or Wing 1

Your shipment is guaranteed delivery subject to our published service standards. For a 20% premium to your standard discounted LTL rate, SMT Lines will provide the same premier level of service our customers have come to expect with the added advantage and security of on-time guaranteed or your shipment is free.

This only applies to TX and OK direct points.Simply enter WING1 in the detail area of your Bill of Lading to have this service added to your shipment.

Wing Guaranteed or Wing 2

Your shipment will be delivered within a delivery window specified by you. This premium service will fall within our standard transit times with the advantage of priority shipment status and a guaranteed time of delivery.You will need to contact an SMT expeditor who will issue you a quote number with your specific service needs.

Enter this quote number on your copy of the bill of lading to have this service added to your shipment.

Wing Expedited or Wing 3

When you need premium guaranteed expedited service to cut one, two, or three days off your normal service – this is the service for you. We make sure the shipment arrives the specified day and time you request. Same day and next day service is an available option. All services through Wing Expedited are supported by our 100% guarantee.

Wing Air or Wing 4

For your most critical shipping needs, this service is the one for you. Wing Air provides for wherever, whenever, and however for the most time-sensitive shipments. This service offers next flight out and overnight delivery anywhere within our service area and beyond all with the same 100% on-time guarantee.
